1. Eligibility for Refunds: Donations made to Green Turtle Cay Community Connections are generally considered final. However, requests for refunds will be considered under the following circumstances:

   • Double payment was made.

   • An error was made during the transaction process.

   • The donation was made unintentionally or without consent.

2. Refund Request Process:

   • To initiate a refund request, please contact us at info@gtccommunityconnections.org within 30 days from the date of donation.

   • Provide your name, contact information, the amount donated, and the reason for the refund request.

3. Review Period: All refund requests will be reviewed within 14 days. We may contact you for additional information if necessary.

4. Refund Method: Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 30 days of approval.

5. Non-Refundable Donations: Donations made for specific events, merchandise, or fundraising campaigns may not be eligible for refunds. Please refer to the specific terms associated with those donations.

6. Amendments: Green Turtle Cay Community Connections reserves the right to amend this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated through our website.
